Meet the Team

 Patrycja Chertier-Stachniuk MRCVS [OV] - Veterinary Surgeon

Patrycja graduated from Poland in June 2008.  During her studies she worked in small animal hospitals and completed in internships in America, Australia and Belgium where she developed her keen interest in internal medicine and ultrasonography.  Patrycja completed the certified Western Veterinary Acupuncture foundation Course and is an Associate Member of The International Veterinary Acupuncture Society (IVAS). Patrycja has a 7 year old Welsh Terrier called Igor and enjoys being involved in dog shows and competitions and also a cat called Bonbon.

 

Barbora Cizmarikova King - Registered Veterinary Nurse

Barbora qualified as an RVN at MYF Training College in Aldershot and has plenty of experience having worked in large busy hospitals as well as smaller practices. She completed her Clinical Coach training in 2015 and originally locumed at the Greenford branch but enjoyed it so much she decided to join the team permanently in 2016.  At work Barbora likes to run puppy parties and nurse clinics and particularly enjoys carrying out dental scales and polishing.  In her spare time Barbora enjoys spending time with her two rescue cats, Minky and Ruby, as well as her French Bulldog Mike who she re-homed.

Lisa Cobb - Veterinary Nursing Assistant

Lisa began her nursing career in 1991; just a year after the surgery opened and has been here ever since! She was crowned National Canine Defence League's (now Dogs' Trust) 'Animal Nurse of the Year' in 1995 and appeared on Channel 4's The Big Breakfast to accept her prize. Lisa has also been running her own thriving cat sitting service since 1995. Lisa has a particular interest in 'small furries', rabbits & guinea pigs and lives with her partner Andy and three sons; Perry, Toby & Freddy. Lisa also has two dogs called Roary and Hetty

 

Valerie Cotter – Evening Receptionist

Val has been a Veterinary Receptionist for over twenty five years and originally started her career at the Mandeville Veterinary Hospital. She has been our receptionist at the Greenford surgery since 2005 having transferred here from our then sister surgery in Ealing. Val has a passion for all things doggy but loves all species of animal big & small. Val is also a qualified hairdresser and still continues with this in her spare time.
